REVISED SHOOTING SCHEDULE FOR MY OPENING SEQUENCE
Having reviewed my shooting schedule, I have realised that I may need more than 2 days to get all the shots filmed.
I have now decided to split my shooting schedule into 3 separate days.
On the first day I am going to take all the shots of the scenes that are set in college or around college which are these scenes:
1. They walk into school
2. Everyone is excited to see him (they greet him and shout his name)
3. She walks to her 'weird' friend
4. Camera pans to a different boy
5. The friend says ooo there's Luke
6. They make eye contact and smile
7. The friend says omg have you messaged him yet
8. She says no not yet
9. The friend says you better message him tonight
On the second day I am going to be shooting the scenes that only include the main girl character, Amy. These are the scenes:
Sequence 1: Her montage
1. Alarm goes off
2. Her sleeping through her alarm
3. Showing the books all over her bed
4. Show calendars and planners all over her room
5. Show her waking up in a panic
6. Show the clock with a late time
7. Grabs her glasses from her bedside table
8. Show her grab some random clothes from the floor
9. Show her rushing to get changed (running into bathroom)
10. Brushes teeth very quickly
11. Spitting toothpaste out and wiping with her arm
12. Does a quick messy bun
13. Grabs loads of books and folders
14. Puts on shoes quickly and not properly
Sequence 4:
15. She's in her room studying
16. She's debating whether to message her crush or not
17. She decides to just do it and message him hey
On the third day I am going to be shooting the rest of the scenes, including the main boy's montage, him receiving the message, and when he picks her up for school. These are the scenes:
Sequence 1: His montage
1. Alarm shot - much earlier than hers
2. Shot of his phone next to him with loads of messages from girls
3. Shot of his face - tired
4. Shot of him getting out of bed
5. Shot of him walking into bathroom
6. Shot of him brushing his teeth
7. Shot of him punching in the mirror
8. Shot of him doing his hair
9. Shaving
10. Flossing
11. Flexing muscles in the mirror
12. Puts on a varsity jacket
13. Grabs basketball and duffel bag
14. Eats a slice of toast
15. Another zoom on the phone still getting messages
Sequence 2:
16. She leaves her house
17. He pulls up in his car outside
18. He honks and shouts for her to hurry up
19. She runs out the door and trips over, all her books fall
20. He makes a witty sarcastic comment
21. He says she can't sit in the front because they're going to pick up his girlfriend
22. The girlfriend gets in
23. The girlfriend speaking
Sequence 4:
24. Shot of the message popping up on someone's phone
25. Shot of the boy that received the message
Actors I will need on each day:
To break each day down even further, I am going to split the scenes into the ones being filmed in the morning and the afternoon:
MORNING: Scenes 1-5
AFTERNOON: Scenes 6-9
Day 2:
MORNING: Scenes 1-9
AFTERNOON: Scenes 10-17
Day 3:
MORNING: Scenes 1-13
AFTERNOON: Scenes 14-25
Therefore, these are the actors I will need on each morning and afternoon:
