ANALYSING OPENING SCENES FROM ROMANTIC COMEDIES - INTRODUCTION

Now I've decided what genre I am going to work in and I've conducted research into romantic comedies I'm going to look more closely at the opening scenes of five films from my genre, to see how genre is apparent in these scenes. 

The opening scenes I am going to look at are from the following films: 

1.  'Bride Wars' 

2. 'Clueless'

3. 'Legally Blonde'

4.  'Knocked Up' 

5. 'The Kissing Booth'
